Do you 3^rd party test your supplements?

Yes, we test all of our supplements to ensure quality and efficacy. We also receive a ‘Certificate of Analysis’ for every batch of product through a 3^rd party testing facility.

Do you offer larger size bottles of your supplements?

Currently. we only offer 2-oz bottles, but you are able to receive a discount if you purchase more than one bottle of product.

When you purchase Optimal Effects products, you have 60-days to try out. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, all you will need to do is return the remaining amount and we'll refund you in full.

Domestic Shipping

We are able to ship to street addresses and PO boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods that are delivered to a wrong address. 

International Shipping

All packages, unless otherwise specified are shipped out by DHL, United States Postal Service Priority International or Express Mail International. Tracking numbers will be given, but the postal service does not typically allow tracking of tracking numbers until the package has been delivered. We hold the right to make minor shipping adjustments to shipping rates depending on the country of shipment and the current shipping rates. 

**Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for international orders to arrive. We do our best to ensure we ship the product out quickly so that you will receive it quickly. 

It is the customers responsibility for paying any applicable taxes, or duties that apply. We are unable to calculate or collect duties and or taxes from you. We ask that you check with your country and local regulations and policies and abide by them. It is also your responsibility to ensure the product will clear Customs and that you are able to receive the product in your country. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if you refuse the package or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, then we will not be able to issue you a refund. 

Order Processing Times

We are able to ship orders Monday-Friday and try to process all orders within 48 hours (except holidays and weekends). If an order has been placed on a holiday or weekend, then the order will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been processed, we receive delivery confirmation for our orders. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our fulfillment centers. Please take note and allow us 5-7 business days from the time your order has left our fulfillment facility to receive your order.
